New Functionality – Dynamic Priority Assignment.
The NESS system has been enhanced with a new function for dynamic assignment of dust extraction priorities in real time. This mechanism is based on a data analysis algorithm that monitors plant parameters, in particular pressure deviations at collection points. Based on current data, the system automatically assigns higher priority to those areas where pressure values deviate the most from the established reference values. The baseline priorities are established during the initial setup by NEU-JKF engineers, and the system then adjusts the handling of individual plant points independently. In this way, dust extraction management is carried out continuously, autonomously and adapted to actual operating conditions.
