The SYMAS 2025 trade fair in Krakow is behind us – two days of intensive talks, presentations and meetings with representatives of industries that face the challenges of transporting and storing bulk materials every day. Our presence at the event was not accidental – as NEU-JKF, we have been providing solutions that realistically improve safety, efficiency and quality of work in production facilities for years.
Why SYMAS?
SYMAS is one of the most important events in Europe dedicated to technologies for handling, transporting and storing bulk and bulk materials. It is a place where representatives of the grain and milling industry, aggregates, plastics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and many other sectors meet to exchange experiences and seek innovative solutions.
Our booth was very popular – visitors were eager to talk about the problems they face every day, and we proudly presented our technologies:
– dust extraction systems,
– pneumatic and mechanical transport,
– ATEX solutions,
– automated loading systems,
– silos,
which effectively respond to these challenges.
Industry challenges – dust and material losses
Grain and milling industry
In mills and grain processing plants, dust is generated almost everywhere – during unloading, screening, milling or packaging. It’s not just an aesthetic problem, but a real threat to worker health and plant safety. Flour dust can create explosive atmospheres, and its presence leads to material losses and contamination of the final product.
NEU-JKF’s solutions allow for effective point and central dust collection that complies with ATEX standards, significantly increasing safety and reducing losses.
Aggregates industry
Crushing, screening and transporting materials such as sand, gravel and granite generates huge amounts of mineral dust. This dust damages machinery, shortens its life and poses a health hazard. In addition, material losses due to particles settling on equipment and in the surrounding area are a real cost to the plant.
Our dust collection systems at conveyors, hoppers and transfer points effectively reduce dust emissions and allow the recovery of valuable material.
Plastics
In plastics processing, dust is generated during the grinding, drying and transportation of granules, among other activities. It can lead to product contamination, machine breakdowns and raw material losses. In addition, many plastics exhibit electrostatic properties, making dust removal difficult.
NEU-JKF designs systems tailored to the specific characteristics of plastics – taking into account their hygroscopicity, susceptibility to segregation and quality requirements.
Our mission: clean air, safe production
Our presence at SYMAS 2025 had one goal: to show that the problems of dust and material loss can be effectively solved. With our dust extraction systems, pneumatic conveying systems and ATEX solutions, production facilities can work safer, more efficiently and more environmentally friendly.
