Padma is one of the largest and most modern furniture industry plants in Poland. The company has consistently pursued its vision of sustainable growth and production efficiency. NEU-JKF, as a leader in the field of industrial dust collection, was pleased to implement a comprehensive dust collection plant project that meets global emission standards and is part of an environmentally friendly approach to production.
Key parameters and performance of the installation
– Capacity:150,000 m³/h
– Directive compliance: ATEX
– Energy efficiency: Minimal energy consumption due to advanced technologies
Main components of the installation:
1. Super Blower vacuum filter – certified by independent notified bodies, equipped with the innovative Power Pulse filter cartridge cleaning system, which ensures efficiency and low energy consumption.
2. High-efficiency fans – mounted on the clean side of the system, controlled by inverters and pressure sensors, which allows to dynamically adjust their operation to the current demand.
3. Complete piping system – made of galvanized sheet metal, ensuring the durability and efficiency of air transport.
4. EXS certified backflow preventers and sluices – ensuring the highest safety standards, including protection against dust explosions in accordance with the ATEX directive.
5. Dust transportation and storage system:
– Energy-saving scraper conveyor.
– A silo with a capacity of 250 m³ for dust storage.
– CLS loading system, ensuring efficient transport of separated material to the container.
6. Air returns to the production hall – equipped with summer/winter dampers, allowing optimal management of airflow depending on the conditions.
