NEU-JKF at Ecomondo 2025 – innovation for cleaner industry

Last week, NEU-JKF presented its solutions at the Ecomondo 2025 international trade fair in Rimini – one of the most important events in Europe dedicated to environmental technologies, the closed-loop economy and sustainable industry.

More than 1,700 exhibitors, spread over 166,000 square meters of exhibition space. More than 600 accredited journalists brought the Rimini Expo Center to the attention of the international community, confirming the event’s position as a global center for environmental transformation. On the international stage, Ecomondo took on the role of a guide on the road to a sustainable future that Europe, starting with Italy, is determined to follow.
Ecomondo 2025 confirmed its status as a privileged venue for exchanges between companies, researchers and professionals from all over the world, also thanks to its collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) . The most represented markets were Spain, Turkey, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt. The event was complemented by the involvement of some 90 international associations, promoting cooperation and disseminating best practices in green transformation.

Green Transformation

More than 200 events were held over four days. The program was packed with initiatives, offering up-to-date interpretations of green transformation in various sectors. Key topics included waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and critical raw materials, the closed-loop textile industry, sustainable finance to support green transformation, water management and the blue economy, bioenergy, the closed-loop economy, artificial intelligence for resource improvement and data monitoring, Earth observation, and the role of communication in overcoming false dilemmas of green transformation.
Much attention was paid to international cooperation and the green transition in the Mediterranean , as well as initiatives to ensure access to clean and sustainable energy in Africa.
Inaugurating the Ecomondo was the presentation of the Report on the State of the Green Economy to 2025 , putting the state and prospects of the European green transition in a new global context at the center of the debate.
Sal.Ve, an exhibition of environmental vehicles, showcased a range of products for industrial and specialized vehicles for solid and liquid waste collection, street sweeping and sewage disposal.

Innovation Lab

At Ecomondo 2025, innovation bridged the gap between science and the market: The Innovation Zone provided space and visibility to international high-tech start-ups selected as part of the “Luca Attanasio” Lab Innovates for Africa project. As part of the accompanying exhibition, Ecomondo presented the Green Innovation Award to seven exhibiting companies, one from each sector of the event, for the most advanced and promising technologies.

At this year’s event, the NEU-JKF team presented the latest air filtration and dust collection systems designed to reduce industrial emissions and improve the energy efficiency of production processes. Of particular interest to visitors were:
– energy-efficient dust extraction systems using advanced control algorithms,
– high-performance industrial filters, which guarantee efficient dust removal of processes and flexible adaptation to the specifics of the plant,
– solutions for transporting and storing raw materials allowing companies to efficiently logisticize bulk materials.

Participation in Ecomondo was also an opportunity to meet with business partners and present completed projects for the wood or food industries. Company representatives stressed that increasing environmental requirements are making companies increasingly willing to invest in technologies to reduce emissions and improve air quality in the workplace.

NEU-JKF thanks all visitors to the booth at the show and invites you to contact us to discuss opportunities for cooperation and selection of optimal filtration solutions for the industry.
