A ceremonial opening of the Industry Skills Center for the Furniture Industry – a modern educational and training space created for the development of professional competencies in the furniture industry – took place in Rózanystok. The center was established as part of cooperation between the Salesian Society and the All-Poland Chamber of Commerce of Furniture Manufacturers and the Industry Special School of the first degree. The event was attended by representatives of educational and institutional circles, as well as companies related to the wood and furniture sector from all over Poland.
Among the invited guests were representatives of NEU-JKF who emphasized the importance of cooperation between education and industry. As NEU-JKF, we had the pleasure of actively supporting this initiative by implementing a dust extraction installation for the Center – a solution that contributes to improving safety and comfort during both education and daily workshop activities. The state-of-the-art air filtration system is an important part of the center’s technical infrastructure, supporting the creation of a healthy and safe learning environment.
The opening was combined with a presentation of the facility’s teaching laboratories and technological facilities. The center is intended to serve as a platform linking vocational education with the real needs of the labor market, offering specialized training, workshops and competence development programs for youth and adults.
NEU-JKF’s participation in the project is an example of practical cooperation between business and the education sector – a partnership that translates into real support for the quality of vocational education and raising labor standards in the furniture industry.
