This past weekend, NEU-JKF employees and co-workers gathered for an inclusive fishing competition held in the picturesque scenery of one of the local fishing grounds. The event was a great opportunity to spend time together outside the workplace, build relationships and enjoy active outdoor recreation.
From the very morning, the participants were accompanied by excellent moods and healthy sports competition. Everyone had the opportunity to test their fishing skills, exchange experiences and try their hand at competing for the biggest catch of the day. There was no shortage of exciting moments when impressive specimens of fish appeared at the end of the rod.
However, the most important goal of the event was team integration. Shared conversations, mutual support and the opportunity to get to know each other in a less formal atmosphere made the competition not only a sporting event, but also an opportunity to strengthen relations between employees and co-workers of the company.
NEU-JKF has for years focused on building a committed team and creating a work environment based on cooperation, mutual respect and good relations. Such initiatives show that shared passions and activities outside of daily work duties have a real impact on integration and the development of organizational culture.
