Plant tests for the pharmaceutical industry

This week, tests were conducted at the NEU-JKF plant in Wolsztyn on an installation being implemented for a pharmaceutical customer.
The tests were attended by representatives of the customer, who, together with the NEU-JKF team, verified the operation of the system under test conditions. This kind of stage is an important part of the implementation process of advanced industrial installations, especially in projects dedicated to industries with very high technological and quality requirements.

The purpose of such tests is, first of all, to verify in detail the efficiency and correctness of the installation, to confirm compliance with design assumptions, and to fine-tune all key elements of the system before further implementation. This is the stage that makes it possible to make sure that each component and the entire system function in accordance with accepted standards and the investor’s expectations.
In the case of projects carried out for the pharmaceutical industry, reliability, process safety and full repeatability of operation are of particular importance. The high demands of this industry mean that every technical and organizational detail has to be buttoned up to the last button.

Aqualine – at the center of the system

A key component of the system is Aqualine water filters, supported by powerful fans, forming a coherent and redundant dust collection system.
Aqualine filters are advanced wet filtration solutions, used wherever effective removal of dust, aerosols and process contaminants must be combined with the highest level of safety.
The principle of operation is based on direct contact of contaminated air with the water medium, which enables effective binding of particles and their effective removal from the system.

Aqualine technology is used, among others, in:
pharmaceutical and chemical industries,
processes requiring neutralization of reactive or potentially explosive dusts,
installations where stability and predictability of system operation are crucial.

Compared to classical dry filtration systems, wet solutions offer significant advantages – particularly in terms of reducing the risk of dust ignition and the ability to operate under demanding and variable process conditions.
