ROTARY VALVE B-EXS
Type B-EXS valves are advanced devices designed for precise dispensing of bulk materials in industrial environments requiring the highest level of safety. Equipped with an 8-blade rotor whose blades are made of durable neoprene, they provide exceptional durability and reliable operation.
The rotor, made of a 2-millimeter plate, is separated from the housing by a felt ring, which protects it from damage and minimizes the risk of failure. The rotor shaft is suspended from heavy-duty bearings and connected directly to the gearmotor, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
The B-EXS valves are ATEX compliant and approved for Category 1D safety systems, making them ideal for hazardous areas. To ensure full safety, these valves must be used with an inductive sensor. They are supplied with a ready-to-install rotation sensor as standard.
