ROTARY LOCK JK-EXS

Type JK-EXS rotary valves are reliable devices designed for safe and precise dispensing of bulk materials. Equipped with a 6-blade impeller with durable rubber blades bolted to the shaft profiles, they guarantee efficient operation in demanding industrial conditions.

The rotor, made of 2-millimeter plate, was additionally equipped with neoprene blades, which ensures its long life and resistance to abrasion. This component is separated from the housing by a felt ring, which minimizes the risk of damage and ensures smooth operation. The rotor shaft is mounted on heavy-duty bearings and connected directly to the gearmotor, resulting in reliable and precise operation.

The JK-EXS locks are approved in accordance with the requirements of the ATEX directive for Category 1D safety systems, making them ideal for use in hazardous areas. For full functionality and safety, these valves must be used with an inductive sensor. Supplied as standard ready for mounting the rotation sensor.
